[PATCH] PF_PACKET uses cooked packets with the link level header removed for Linux

I've actually been trying to go even one step further and use  
IP_PKTINFO to get the incoming interface ID and to send packets out a  
specific interface.   I've been running into some obstacles that I  
think are bugs in the way the Linux kernel is handling broadcasts on  
interfaces that don't yet have IP addresses, but that seems like the  
right long-term solution to this whole problem.
