Yup. Just create a null or next to null dhclient-script so that it
doesn't affect your local networking. You would need to provide each
instance of dhclient with a different CID. ISTR that you can tell a
dhclient (via dhclient.conf) it's CID, so in theory you should be able
to pound the dhcp server with only one or more client machines each with
enough clients to overload it.
