using a wildcard mac address to give a scope range?

Hi dhcpd-hackers,
Just want to ask how to attain a scope that if it detects the starting 6
character of mac address is AA:BB:CC for example and the rest would be wild
card. Meaning AA:BB:CC:*:*:* then it leases from the range of the scope.
