Probably the easiest way to do this would be to use dynamic DNS and
have your DHCP server assign fixed, known names to the two devices. Then
just let your DNS servers tell you what the IP addresses are. I suppose
it does not have to be your "real" DNS servers that get updated if you do
not want to use dynamic DNS generally.
If that is not an option for some reason, you can run OMAPI and use
it to query the DHCP server's lease database by MAC address.
