Can I recommend you look at ISC's DHCP server?  It's free and supports
self-created extended options, such as sub-option 122, for PacketCable VoIP.

But to your question, the CPE DHCP request/renewal will never show the IP
address of the CM, unless the CMTS vendor included that in the relay.

Hi I'm developing a DHCP Server for DOCSIS and Packet Cable, And I want to
know the Mac-Address from the cable-modem, the problem is that in the dhcp
message from CPE (computer)I just see the ip address from CMTS (Relay agent
giaddr field) but I can't see  the ip from the Cable Modem.
How do I know the Mac-Address from Cable Modem and the Mac-Address from
CMTS?
