DHCP Option 7 and 42

Dear List Members,

My DHCP client is making inroads to completion (Thanks to Mr. Chen!), and 
I am currently dealing with the DHCP options.

I  found option 42 as "NTP server" (which suits me fine), but my DHCP 
server[1] does not support this,
[1] DHCP Server 1.6 for Windows by Uwe Ruttkamp

I also found option 7 listed as "Log server", but I'm not sure wether this 
should be a syslog server or not, and, again, the server does not support 
this option, either.

Is option 7 intended for a syslog server?
Is there a (Windows XP comatible) DHCP-Server that supports option 42 and 
maybe even 7?
