RFC: DHCP over firewire

Hi,

I recently found and fixed (with lot of help from other develpers) all
small problems present in linux kernel implementation of network over
firewire (IEEE1394).

Now I want it to work out of box with NetworkManager.

The attached patch adds support for RFC2855 which states firewire
specific settings for DHCP.

Patch is against dhcp3-3.1.3 because it is still used exclusively by all
linux distributions.

I will add soon a patch against version 4 of this program.
