[PATCH V2] Add support for RFC2855 (DHCP over 1394)

Hi,

The attached patch adds support for DHCP over firewire to version 3 of
dhclient/dhcpd.

This version is still used by major linux distros, and thus I am
somewhat forced to use it.

Due to obsoleteness of this version, this patch doesn't try to refactor
the code, but rather adds few copy&paste functions.

Please don't judge me as a bad programmer for that.
I will soon write a patch for version 4 of the codebase, and I will
refactor the code there if necessary to avoid code duplication.
(And won't add any).

Patch shouldn't cause any regressions, because it is mostly
self-contained.
