DHCPD 4.2.0-P1 slp-service-scope

changing from DHCPD V3.1.3 to V4.2.0-P1 it throws dhcpd into an infinite
loop (100% cpu). The Server doesn´t start.
This seemed to be caused by the "option slp-service-scope". Removing this
Option the Server starts normally. I set this Option as a global Option:
option slp-service-scope true "TEST";
Going back to V 4.0.3 still the same Problem.
I tested under SLES10 (i586) and SLES11 (x86_64), no difference!
