IPV6 support for ldap backend

Hi,

I've took the patch developed by Jiri Popelka
(http://www.mentby.com/jiri-popelka/isc-dhcp-42-with-ldap-and-ipv6.html)
for enabling dhcpd to serve ipv6 entries from an ldap backend, and
updated it to apply to 4.2.4. The modified patch is attached.

Please apply it to the future releases.
