Add route/execute script when prefix is delegated?

Hi,

I'm looking to do prefix delegation and can successfully delegate the prefix.

One step is missing - a route must be added directing the delegated
prefix to the requesting router. It seems DHCPd has no immediate
feature to add such a route.

Is there any existing feature by which dhcpd can execute a script when
a prefix is delegated?

If I were to add such a feature myself, what place in the code would
be a good place to add this hook?
