[PATCH] dhcrelay: add RFC3527 link selection sub-option

Hello,

Please check the attached patch for dhcrelay which adds the RFC3527 link 
selection sub-option. The feature is activated with a new option '-l' 
which specifies the interface to use for the uplink. The IP of this 
interface will be used for "giaddr" and the link-selection sub-option 
will be set to the IP of the interface which received the DHCP request.

This (RFC3527) is necessary for setups where the DHCP server does not 
know how to reach a relay based on the usual "giaddr" - some example 
situations are explained in the RFC, in our case it's a mesh network.

The patch was originally made for DHCP 4.2.4 but also applies to 4.2.5-P1.
