dhcp-relay over tun interface - solution?

Okay, well then I am (almost) stumped. The application looks like it is
making the proper system calls to send the packets, and they are not
showing up on the wire.
Does this work with an older version of dhcrelay? (I got that idea from
your e-mails.)
If this setup hasn't worked before, maybe you can install dhcping and
verify sending packets to the 1.2.3.4 address via the tuntest interface.
