a time warp, i think.

this is very definitely a 3.1.0 thing.  next week i hope for a
slightly altered rc14 (that format string / and maybe some of the
new various-platform *nprintf errors) to be 3.0.1.  and we already
know there's going to be a 3.0.2 on its heels.

and then the universe will judge me for wether or not i can break
dhcp's release candidacy curse.

3.1.0 seems so far away today.


setuid/setgid and even chroot features would all be excellent to
incorporate.
