dhcp-workers is the right place to discuss changes to ISC DHCP.
dhcp-hackers is a legacy mailing list we maintain for "dhcp protocol
related development" discussion.
We need to make this clear on our webpage.

The dhcp-suggest@isc.org ticketing system is the right place to send
patches if you want them to be considered for inclusion in ISC DHCP,
not any mailing list.
