Hi Matthew,

Probably depends on what country you're in :) My guess would be US??

I haven't seen this mentioned here, but I suspect the Dept of Homeland
Security might have something to say, since the requirement would be to
match an Ip address to a particular client at  given point in time.

How's your Google-fu?
