DHCPOFFER sent to wrong MAC?

What would happen there is that the server will now see both the 
direct packet from the client, then very shortly afterwards a relayed 
packet from the relay agent. It will respond to both these packets. 
Presumably the reply sent via the relay agent won't suffer from the 
same problem !
