ok, im a mo-ron, the subnet mask is correct.. nothing is wrong. ;)
eri1: flags=1100843<UP,BROADCAST,RUNNING,MULTICAST,ROUTER,IPv4> mtu 1500 index 3
        inet 66.26.41.132 netmask fffffc00 
im my defense, I was up late last night configuring this..
