Dhcp client supports DHCPINFORM?

By any chance, could I have the code for the same so that I can put it inot my DHCP client and use it? 
  Maybe this is the worng forum to ask, but would you know of any Open Source dhcp client that supports the INFORM method?

Not in the presently released DHCP client.

We have queued a patch from a contributor which may or may not
make it into 3.1.0...it's a roll of the dice at this point.
