Check 'man dhcpd.conf' and look for the sections 
'classes' and 'subclasses'. There you will find 
exactly how to do it :
(NB: I see no reason why classes defined this way 
need be mutually exclusive, ie you could add the 
same client to two classes if that was what you 
needed for your network)
