on expiry

I have tried 3.1.0.a1 and execute with the same or even worse results. 
Now I am running 3.0.2 with the exec-patch from Mattias (the one merged 
to 3.1).

It works fine with "on commit" but not with "on expiry"/"on release".

Has anyone got this workin with "on expiry"/"on release"??
