Not really - by the time we assemble a reply, it's too late, the
lease database is updated.

The same as we do for DHCP - just LBA the chaddr and drop bootrequests
that match the peer.  RFC3074.

If you wanted to do it yourself, you could probably find the source
in 'server/dhcp.c' and graft it into the bootrequest handler.  Look
for 'load_balance_mine'.  Patches to dhcp-suggest at isc.org.
