DHCP on VLAN

i newbie here
so did the dhcp server need to have all vlan IP ?
eg.
assume my vlan ip are
192.168.1.0/24
192.168.2.0/24
192.168.3.0.24
and my dhcp server is 192.168.100.100/24
do i need to configure 192.168.1.1/24, 192.168.2.1/24 in the dhcp server ,
and the cisco
please advice..
