It isn't a dhcpd.conf directive, it's a dhcpd.leases directive (since
this is a failover feature, it represents dynamic state, rather than
statically configured state).

Just insert it into the lease {} stanza of your choosing (dhcpd
should be stopped first, restarted after).

I think we put in OMAPI wrenches to update the lease dynamically,
but I can't tell you a lot about that, and it would be bad advice
to send you down that maze of twisty passages.

There will be a command-line interactive way to do this in a future
release.
