There are a number of man pages that come with the distribution. You
shoul dprobably read the first three right through, even though there
is about 70-80 pages.

dhcpd.conf
dhcp-options
dhcp-eval
dhcpd.leases
dhcpd

And after that there is the DHCP Handbook 2nd Ed by Ralph Droms and Ted
Lemon who lurk on this list.
