	IIUC ...

	When dhcpd creates an A record, it leaves a DHCID for future reference.
	When it goes to update an A record, it checks for its own DHCID, in  
order
	to avoid interfering with an A record placed there by "someone else".

	This time, it didn't find it's own mark, so it refuses to do any  
damage.

	If you want dhcpd to manage (certain) DNS records, you have to  
remove any
	existing instances in order to give dhcpd a "green field".
