Failover question

Please, can anybody help me ?

I have two DHCP servers working with failover service, and it was
working very well until today. Suddenly the message below show up in
/var/lib/dhcpd/dhcpd.leases

I don't know what's happing, because the clocks on the two DHCP servers
are synchronized.

Find the message below.
