Once the relay is setup, the clients on the 192.168.0.0/24 network will
receive their address because the DHCP server will use the subnet
information of the interface the broadcast packet is received on to
assign the DHCP address. The relay process converts the broadcast
packet to a directed unicast and inserts the Gateway address that the
DHCP server will use to assign the subnet information.
