dhcrelay option82

Hi,

some observations regarding option 82 and dhcrelay.
As I understand there is limitation on packet size to be multiple of 300B, and
dhcrelay isn't presumed to enlarge packet if needed. This produce situation in
which client could sent discover message of length near 300B if adding
interface information as circuit-id option - usually about extra 5B, produce
segmentation fault if result size is over 300B. I am using dhcp 3.1.0, and as
I see there is same situation in 4.0.
