RFC 3203 - DHCP reconfigure extension supported by ISC DHCP?

Just to be clear DOCSIS 3.0 requires Reconfigure support (for DHCPv6) as
specified in RFC3315.  FORCERENEW is not required by DOCSIS 3.0 for DHCPv4.
