ISC DHCP 4.1.0a1 is now available

I downloaded, compiled the new release. I configured using following command
./configure --enable-dhcpv6 (I believe dhcpv6 is enabled by default)

I am not able to locate dhcrelay6 program. Is there anything I am missing?
