vlan assignment

You need to look at the Alcatel documentation to get the settings
required to do this. VLAN assignment is not a standard dhcp option -
each vendor does it their own way unfortunately. Even different models
from the same vendor can behave differently.

Try searching the mailing list archives for your phone model.
