dhclient.conf problem

Hello everybody,
I have a problem with the file dhclient.conf. Each times i start dhclient by:
sudo dhclient -cf dhclient.conf eth1
the client doesnt detect correctly the address provided by the server. It can not detect or detect the address provided the last times, not this times. It means that when i type this command: ifconfig, there is no @ for the interface eth1 or there is the address that the server provided the last times, not this times.
Is there anybody who had the same problem? Or anybody know which problems possible?
