Letting Certain vendor-class-identifiers in to Dynamic Ranges but Nobody Else

	Is it possible to open a dynamic range to only clients
with certain vendor-class-identifier strings but ignore anybody
who doesn't have that string?

	These would be VOIP telephones in this case and we don't
want to manually give bootP registration to them, but we may
have some network segments with only VOIP phones in the pool and
we would discourage other devices such as work stations from
using the network by ignoring them.
