ISC DHCP 4.1.0rc1 is now available!

ISC DHCP 4.1.0rc1 is now available for download.  4.1.0 represents a
feature release, and contains many new features.

This is the first RELEASE CANDIDATE of 4.1.0, which has not changed
in significance from 4.1.0b1.  The only inclusions are a new
dhclient-script for OpenWRT operation and a small bugfix to
dhcrelay.

A list of the changes in this release has been appended to the end
of this message.  For a complete list of changes from any previous
release, please consult the RELNOTES file within the source
distribution, or on our website:
