Dhcpd response in peer

Hi Glenn,

I am afraid that was not the solution.
The behaviour of 2x 3.0.5 dhcpd's is the same
as the 3.0.5 and 3.0.3 concerning failover.

I wanted to test the secondary as primary to
see if the dhcpd acts correctly.

I stopped both dhcpd, changed the dhcpd.conf
on the secondary to primary and deleted the lease db files.

The curious thing is, that the server isn't serving all the clients,
some didn't get an IP address - these clients
have this logentries:

Nov 24 08:01:47 xdaten dhcpd: DHCPDISCOVER from 08:bb:cc:04:a3:9d via
10.1.0.254: not responding (recovering)
Nov 24 08:02:49 xdaten dhcpd: DHCPDISCOVER from 00:14:38:17:6f:13 via
10.222.0.253: not responding (recovering)

Whats wrong here?

lg
