dhcpd on Solaris 10

[Glenn Satchell]

I ran dhcp-3.0.3 on Solaris 8 Sparc with IPMP for many years and it
Just Worked. The system was migrated to Solaris 10, same dhcp binaries,
and it also continued to Just Work. No special configuration, setting
server-identifier, etc.
