Log Addresses handed out

Is there a way to get a log as to when the last time a fixed address was handed  out. The dhcp-server we were setup on before, was managed through another company, and was web based, so you could see the last time a machine requested it ip address. Now we are running our own server, and would like to be able to see when a machine last requested it's ip address. Any thoughts?
