dhcp 3.0.5 crashes with lots of lease imbalance messages

This is basically a known missing feature...we keep wanting to put
it on the list to add in the next feature release, but it keeps
slipping.  Also, dynamic DNS information, which really should be
shared as well.

So the servers don't sync the stashed agent options currently, which
is only a problem if you manage to have a client switch servers after
moving between relays without going through REBINDING or INIT-REBOOT.

I think it is a theoretical impossibility to be a problem (do you
remember those old Nike commercials where basketball stars would line
up impossible shots, always ending with the phrase, "nothing but
net?"), but of course in operation that makes it a finite
improbability.
