OMAPI/omshell: Possible to create a lease?

I prefer to use omcmd. It is a CLI that makes it much easier to deal
with OMAPI. For scripting I use omapi-perl. All works very well and
makes it much easier.

Subject: OMAPI/omshell: Possible to create a lease?

Hello everybody

I'm playing with omshell (OMAPI) and (almost) everything works pretty
good. I'm able to add hosts or change existing leases. What I want now
is to create lease objects, which is not possible:

> new lease
obj: lease
> set hardware-address 00:00:00:00:00:00
[other stuff]
> create
can't open object: not implemented

>From what I have read so far, it is not possible to create leases
through OMAPI. Is that correct? It seems it's only possible to delete or
change them. I'm using ISC DHCPD 4.1.0.

Thanks
Jessica
