What is the best way to monitor list of current leases and their states?

I'm a big fan of dhcpd-pools (http://sourceforge.net/projects/dhcpd-pools)
for reporting, but I don't think it meets the OP's request.

Also, is there any way to put giaddr into dhcpd.lease file?
