DHCPRequest for 0.0.0.0

Hi,

Someone reported that one of their clients is unable to DHCP.
Looking at the leases file, there is an active lease and it should be working.
When looking into logs I found the entries below.

It seems to get an ACK but at the same time another Request for 0.0.0.0 goes out.
Why would a client issue another request after getting an ACK? Is there an issue on the client side?
