I recently reviewed a feature that allows the DHCPv6-introduced "host-
identifier" match syntax for host {} records to be extended to DHCPv4,
I expect that will appear in 4.2.0-first.

Note that this uses the entirety of a named option, it doesn't take an
arbitrary data-expression (no substring()'s, etc).

So host records with fixed-addresses can be used in this manner.

This doesn't provide a solution for "dynamic, reserved" leases.
