Differences between ISC DHCP 4.1.x and DHCPv6

I just got started on DHCP for IPv6 and would like to understand more
about the differences between ISC DHCP and DHCPv6.

 

I intend to deploy ISC DHCP production release 4.1.0p1. Its release
notes indicate support for dhcpv6 with some limitations and provision of
additional features. The Fedora DHCPv6 hosted project website
https://fedorahosted.org/dhcpv6/ says DHCPv6 has been made obsolete by
ISC DHCP version 4.1.0 and later.
