Can anyone help me to solve this following problem?

Dear Sir

1)      I am using ALU 8950AAA and   using ISC dhcp version 3.0.5 as DHCP
Server (Centos 5.3).  I want to assign two types of ip pool (Pool A =Public
ip, Pool B = Private Ip) in DHCP for my two user Groups.

2)      In AAA 8950 we have 2 groups of users (Class A, Class B). Then I
want to assign Pool A ip to Class A and assign Pool B ip to Class B. How can
I configure it in AAA and also in DHCP?

Please give me details as Possible.
