Tried some more.
Using the patch from
https://lists.isc.org/pipermail/dhcp-users/attachments/20100426/9deb431f/attachment.bin
I can build dhclient 4.2.0 and run it on ppp0.
I run it like:
./dhclient -6 -P -d -v ppp0
I see the client do IA_PD etc and also see a message status code Success.
But where does the PD go?
Does the client store the Prefix?
Assign it to an interface?
I did not find a race of such action.
Can someone please shine a light on this?
Kind regards,
Udo
