OMAPI bind to specific class of address?

I'll probably just use a non-standard port, but out of curiosity, is it
possible to perhaps have dhcpd instance for IPv4 bind OMAPI to v4 addresses,
and have dhcpd instance for v6 bind to v6 addresses and use the same port
(e.g. 7911)?
