I run dhcpd by root. And dhcpd6.leases file’s permission is -rw-r--r--.
I installed using “apt-get install isc-dhcp-server”
And execute dhcp using “/usr/sbin/dhcpd -6 -f -cf /etc/dhcp/dhcpd.conf
