You can set the dhcp6.server-id option in dhcpd.conf, but you will have
to format it correctly yourself.  E.g. for type 2 (DUID-EN):

 option dhcp6.server-id "\000\002\000\000\227\334foo";


(don't copy this verbatim, but use your own Enterprise number if you are
going to use this type).
