Persistent DUID (DHCP Unique Identifier) for Server

I would like to form DUID Based on Link-layer Address [DUID-LL].
Here my link layer address is 02:03:7F:BE:F0:A0.
Can you suggest how to generate the DUID based on above info.

You can set the dhcp6.server-id option in dhcpd.conf, but you will have to format it correctly yourself. E.g. for type 2 (DUID-EN):
option dhcp6.server-id "\000\002\000\000\227\334foo";
(don't copy this verbatim, but use your own Enterprise number if you are going to use this type).
